This AI platform isn’t built for corporate HR, it’s built for agencies

Most applicant tracking systems are built for corporate HR teams running a single hiring funnel. EzRecruit.ai, launched by DeepTalent Technologies, was built for something different: recruitment consultancies that juggle multiple client mandates at once.

The AI-powered ‘Agency Operating System’ is aimed at India’s estimated 60,000 recruitment consultants and placement agencies, most of whom currently rely on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and individual memory rather than dedicated software. EzRecruit applies AI across the recruitment cycle, from automated resume parsing to a conversational search tool that lets recruiters query their candidate database in plain language, alongside WhatsApp-based interview scheduling and real-time leadership dashboards.

‘We didn’t build EzRecruit to help agencies work harder. We built it to help them see and reduce the cost hidden inside every profile they submit,’ said Richa Bajaj, founder of DeepTalent Technologies.

The platform has already found adoption among Indian agencies, with early interest emerging from recruitment consultants in the United States and Dubai. eSoft Labs, a Hyderabad-based recruitment and staffing firm, reported improved delivery capacity and better leadership visibility into performance after adopting the system.
