Shiprocket’s new AI platform is a bet that fragmented e-commerce tools are holding brands back
Shiprocket's newly launched Fastrr platform consolidates its pre-order commerce tools into a single AI-native system, aiming to fix fragmented tech stacks that hurt online brands.
Shiprocket’s newly launched checkout platform, Fastrr, is built around a bet familiar to anyone who has managed an online store: too many disconnected tools create more problems than they solve. The company unveiled Fastrr on Thursday, describing it as an AI-native pre-order suite designed to reduce friction and improve conversion rates for online brands.
As brands increasingly rely on multiple point solutions to manage the pre-order customer journey, their technology stacks have become fragmented and operationally complex, often resulting in disconnected customer experiences and operational inefficiencies. Fastrr addresses this by bringing Shiprocket’s proven capabilities across the entire pre-order journey into a single intelligent, AI-native suite.
Saahil Goel, MD & CEO of Shiprocket, framed the launch as part of a broader shift in how Indian businesses operate. “We are at the point where AI is becoming table stakes for every Indian business. The founders who embed AI into the businesses they build over the next 12 months will create a compounding advantage that others will find increasingly difficult to close,” he said, calling Fastrr the company’s answer to that opportunity.
The platform is designed to help brands acquire, understand and convert customer intent through AI-powered experiences, delivering more personalised interactions and, ultimately, converting intent into completed purchases more effectively than fragmented tools allow.
